Return Policy

1. Overview


Cyborgate is committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on www.cyborgate.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility


Cyborgate accepts returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) meaning the item is defective or non-functional upon first delivery.

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or malfunction.

  • The customer received an incorrect item (wrong product shipped).

Returns are not accepted for non-defective items, personal preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

3. Condition Requirements


To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and included components must be returned.

  • The item must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Cyborgate reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. How to Initiate a Return


When To request a return, customers must:

1. Contact our support team at: info@cyborgate.com

2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos or video evidence of the defect or incorrect item

Our team will review the request within 1–3 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility


  • If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect item shipped by Cyborgate, return shipping costs may be covered by us (subject to review).

  • In all other eligible cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method. Cyborgate is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

The customer must ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

6. Inspection & Refund Process


Once the returned item is received:

  • The product will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges


We only offer replacements for:

  • Items confirmed to be defective, OR

  • Incorrect items shipped by Cyborgate.

Replacement requests must follow the same 7-day notification requirement.



8. Non-Returnable Situations


Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selected by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products returned after the 7-day notification period

  • Items returned without prior authorization





9. Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
